Dear Andy Following such an expert job for us at home, we are delighted with the work you have undertaken for us at work. The dingy premises we hesitantly leased have been transformed by your vision and innovation. Once again you have found ways to deliver what we were hoping to achieve, and without it being priced beyond our means.
